Massive hiring

With the massive recent departures, our group is attempting to do "massive" hiring to fill up the vacuum. Just last week it seemed like we didn't have a systematic approach to interviews and decision making, but within a week I already see some processes put in place by the management. I am quite impressed, especially for this company where change needs to be quadruple approved.
