Group interview

Tomorrow morning I will be an interviewer in a panel interview. Basically a few of us will interview one candidate over telephone and NetMeeting. I don't like such interviews. It's pressurizing for the interviewee, and it's uncomfortable for me as an interviewer. I feel that I will be judged by the other interviewers on how I deliver questions and guide the candidate. Unfortunately for me, such a group interview is one of the most cost-effective way to conduct off-shore interviews.

Update: It turns out the interview was conducted on a one on one basis, with one interviewer in the room at one time.
