Despite having received multiple verbal confirmations by THREE different staff over the phone that there were no other “hidden” costs and that ALL taxes and surcharges and GST were already included in the price, when it came to payment, a fuel surcharge of $148 was suddenly thrust upon us, mutating the once attractive offer of $596 to $744.

It's unfortunate that we now encounter such unscrupulous sales tactics in every line. Guess we can't single out used car salesmen anymore.
